H.S.T. Hamburg Sugar Terminal GmbH & Co. KG is a major logistics hub for efficiently operating the sugar export business and European sugar logistics from the Port of Hamburg.
Since 1990, loose sugar has been stored in the sugar silo at the Port of Hamburg, Am Kamerunkai 5, according to the development of new transhipment techniques and then supplied loose or bagged in containers or loose in trucks.
The silo storage capacity amounts to 40,000 tonnes.

We offer a sugar silo at the Port of Magdeburg for the storage of loose sugar. The sugar silo has a capacity of 18,000 tonnes and is divided into three cells. A facility is available for the storage of 6,000 tonnes of sugar sacks. The sacks are placed on EUR-pallets. The facility is connected to road, rail and water transport infrastructure. An agency agreement exists between the silo operators and ALFRED ERNST & CO. KG.
